* Once we receive your confirmation we send you  a prepay invoice corresponding to 30% of total land services and flights 

* This invoice should be paid when it is received in order to guarantee the reservations of  your program

* According to the regulations of airlines and railroad companies the  rooming list and passport numbers  should be sent  45 days before the arrival date of the group  in order to keep  the reservation and to emit  the tickets  

* The final invoice should be paid  25 days before the arrival date of the group.

* We reserve the right to cancel of  provision of the services  if the invoice is not paid on time

All cancellation will be received in writing  only and according to the following terms

Land Services:

* No fee charge if the cancellation  is made 45 days prior to the arrival date

* Between the 44tth and 31th day prior to the arrival date, we charge U$D 50 per pax  

* Between the 30tth and 16th day prior to the arrival date, we charge 30% 

* Between the 15th and 5th day prior to the arrival date, we charge 50%   

* No refund if cancellation is made as for the 4rd day prior to the arrival date

* In case of no show the 100%  of  full  amount of the services  will be charged

In case of  suppliers have special cancellation terms , these will be mentioned  in  our confirmation  and they will be applied strictly as the supplier do.

Domestic flights and trains.

ASSISTENCE 24H QUOTE

Normally Brasiltudo doesn't charge quote for emergency assistence. The normal emergency assistence is always actives for all the clients that get a usufull numbers 24h.

This assistence expires when the costumer do the first complaint with no really emergency situation or right reasons

To have a full assistenza is charged 100 euro per person, in this case the costumer can call the assistence number illimited for any problem, necessity or info

PRICES POLICY

The price does not include the increases that could appear during the year (entrances, hotels, transportation). These increases are related to the fuel raise and the devaluation of the dollar in our local currency We apologized for the inconvenient this could happen; this is a situation really difficult to control over the world.
